PIANO PARTS WHOLESALE FROM PERRYS PIANOS INC.

We are offering quantity pricing on parts of high quality standards.  At Perrys Pianos, we rebuild world class pianos, and stock parts by the truckload.  We have parts manufactured to our specifications in addition to the parts we manufacture.  Our suppliers are higher quality than many who currently sell to mainstream piano manufacturers.  For example, our grand hammers are made with German felt, and the press work is quality controlled.  You don’t have to worry about junky hammers that you have to laquer to brighten, or break needles on to soften.  These are well tempered, and hardness tested.  Our selection of whippens are manufactured out of quality hornbeam wood for strength and consistency.  They are ISO certified parts.
Our newest addition to our parts inventory is the “rocker retrofit block”, part no. 3004.  This new addition allows us to simply unscrew the old un-replaceable rocker, and screw in our new retrofit block to make one of our styles of whippens fit your action.  We custom fit the other parts in the action frame to allow the upgrade to our standard whippens.   Ship us your action, and we will install new retrofit blocks, and the proper modern whippen.

Our Grand piano hammers (top right) are 12lb sets, pre shaped tails, numbered, t-wire re-inforced, german felt, and durometer hardness tested for only $270 per set.  Boring is per samples, and bass count is 21 hammers, 91 total.  Partial sets may be ordered as needed.

Our Upright piano hammers (top left) are numbered, t-wire re-inforced, german felt, and durometer hardness tested for only $225 per set pre-hung on new shanks.  By pre-hanging them, the angles of the hammers are properly set in hide glue for a perfect hammer line.  Simply cut to length, and drop in your new butts for the perfect hammer line.

Hand carved out of mahogany, these legs are ready to stain and match to most any piano!  They are french provincial, with delicate carving and intricate curves.  All hand carved legs require some fitting for leg locks and lyre mounting.

These legs are hand carved of soft maple, or mahogany, in the traditional way.  Faux grain to rosewood for a perfect match, or let us grain it for you.  The detail in this carving is carved better than most legs from piano factories in the 1800’s.  They are finish sanded and ready for stain or graining.  Available in Mahogany upon request.
